I recently visited this jeweler to resize my pearl graduation ring. While I was there I had amazing conversations and wonderful customer service from the gentleman working there, Tom and Brendan. I just happen to be wearing my vintage 1920s art deco ring which got Tom’s attention. And expressed to him my sadness that the detail (small swirl) had a broken off of the ring that was over 100 years old. They took a deeper look and told me that they could fix it! I was in shock! A little scared at first because I believed it would cost a fortune to melt down a piece of gold and make such a unique detail and put it on this ring. Like what if they missed up my ring!? BUT Completely reasonable price, a steel even! The cost to resize my pearl ring actually cost more than fixing my vintage ring. Less than a week later my ring was ready. They did an amazing job and I can’t even tell which details in the ring were broken in the first place. Such attention to detail. This ring means the world to me and they understood it and took the time to carefully fix it. I didn’t even know it was possible to do work like this. They are miracle workers!!

I have a ring from my great grandmother, her original wedding band from 1942. The prongs  and band had worn and the band actually snapped. I was nervous to leave it anywhere, but was referred to Vintage jewelers and I'm so glad, I just got it back today and it's like the day my grandma must have got it. It's so beautiful. I cried when I got in the car looking at the ring that my great gram wore for over 74 years. Thank you so much. Words can't describe how precious this is to me.

My mother and I have been customers for years. Recently brought in a bent diamond ring I've been wearing since high school. Not only did they repair the bend and give it a good cleaning they also tightened the diamond that I didn't even know was loose. They are life savers, so grateful!

Brendan was super helpful and kind. We wanted to get vintage bands for our wedding day coming up and we spent more than an hour in the shop looking for the perfect one. He was super patient and even came up with some great ideas. We eventually found the ones we wanted and I mentioned off hand we should get my future wife's engagement ring looked at, because it, too, was vintage. He immediately whipped out a microscope, diagnosed the issue, and it will be repaired with more than enough time for the big day at a reasonable price. Brendan is a rockstar and we'll be going to him for years to come for our vintage jewelry.

Vintage Jewelers and Gifts is absolutely AMAZING. I inherited a diamond from my grandmother to use in my engagement ring, and was incredibly worried about giving it to a jeweler to put into a setting, I have heard so many horror stories of diamonds being swapped out. My fiancé and I went to check out this shop once before we were engaged and really liked how trustworthy they were and that it was a family business.  As soon as he popped the question we knew that Vintage was the place where we wanted to go.  We took the diamond into them, and they sent it out to the GIA for us to have it graded and laser engraved with a number. Then Brenden helped me design my dream ring.  He listened to everything that I wanted and included me in every step of the process. It was so special to actually get to see my ring being made along the way. The end result was something even better than I could have ever imagined.  Vintage Jewelers has made us customers for life and I was ALWAYS recommend them to anyone looking for a jeweler!!!

Such a great experience! My two year old broke off part of a necklace. I emailed them with a picture to see if they could fix it, and they responded so quickly. I brought my necklace in the next day and it was fixed right then. Would recommend anyone here, and I will definitely be back! Thanks Brandon.

They did a wonderful job resizing and soldering my wedding ring. They also did a great job polishing my husband's ring. A lovely family business!

Buying jewelry in today's world can be very confusing and frustrating but Brendan made the process very easy. He helped us pick out rings without up selling us on an wanted ring. Once we decided on a ring he customized my wife's ring (beautifully) and fit mine all within 3 weeks. To go even a step further we brought the rings back after the wedding to have some more work done and he did it all for free. The man is amazing and beyond honest. I will never buy jewelry anywhere else. Thank you Brendan and thank you vintage Jewelers For still proving there are honest and good people in business.

Love love LOVE this place. Everyone here is always so kind and helpful. And, they have Ana amazing selection! Carol, Tom and Brendan are so, so knowledgeable. Went here recently for an important purchase and was 'that' customer. I got a ring that ended up being the wrong size (my fault- had the wrong info- they literally showed me every ring in the size and style I mentioned.... twice) so I had a complicated transaction. They handled it with ease and, despite me being there basically until closing on the dot- were incredibly patient, nice and helpful. In fact, Brendan even replated the ring I purchased (white gold) right then and there so it would look absolutely perfect for the coming holiday. I'll definitely be back for future purchases- they have an amazing selection and can personalize with ease. They are all incredibly knowledgeable, Tom was especially helpful in finding something perfect within my needs and budget and was happy to explain and answer any questions I had. They're also family owned and a generational business which I found super cool. My husband & I took my marquis wedding ring to Brendan which was in an outdated gold setting to see what he could do for a custom setting (we heard great things about his work).  I found a beautiful setting in the store that Brendan was going to somewhat copy & custom make one similar for my diamond while using smaller diamonds I had from another ring in the custom
band.  A few days later, I had a change of mind when I found a setting I really liked in a photo so I went back in to show Brendan who agreed it was a better, much sturdier option for my marquis.  I can't say enough how ecstatic I am at my new custom ring that I can't stop staring at.  Brendan did a beautiful job!  I would hands down recommend anyone in the market for jewelry or a custom piece to visit this store.  This is a family owned & operated business, they are so friendly, helpful & honest.  By the way Brendan is an award winning designer & I now know why.

The experts at Vintage Jewelers were helpful, knowledgeable and straight to the point in evaluating my collection of jewelry and watches. Tom took the time to explain the details in his valuation of each piece. I felt he really cared that I understood his assessment. He prepared a written summary of his appraisal. His business has an amazing workshop/ repair shop as well. Carol was very professional in her phone conversations with me prior to my visit- always a sign of a good business.
